The new theme is up, it is OTH [One Tree Hill]. It was put up Thursday, March 16, 2006. The graphics were made by me [Shawna], and I am opening the board for March Nominations. That's all for The New Theme.

1) No graphic stealing. I don't want a bunch of people PMing me or IMing me telling me so-and-so stole your graphics. Huh-huh. That isn't gonna work with me. If your graphics get stolen DO come to me because I will make sure that person never signs up here again. And if you steal mine or someone elses graphics I will make sure that you don't get in here again too.
2) No tattle-tailing. Most everyone here should be out of 1st grade and most in to Jr. High. So 'tattling' doesn't exist. If you come tattling to me or another staff member about another member on the board, you will be suspended for up to 2 weeks. Depending on my mood. I tend to treat you like young (and plain) adults, but if you wanna act like a kinder-gardener and come running every-time someone calls you a 'bad name' then I'm gonna treat you like a kinder gardener and tell you your way to young for this board.
3) No back-talking. The only thing I hate worse then a person not following rules, is someone who back-talks you. Back-talking a staff member can get you into serious trouble depending on the situation. And isn't worth loosing your place here at NxC over either. So don't do it.
4) I am requiring that if you sign up that you are at-least 13 or fixing to turn 13 real soon. And no, when I say 'real soon' that does not mean five years from now. That means sometime before Christmas of this year. Because of the language that may be contained on this site, I require that all members be 13+.
Contest Rules
1) The contest rules are simple, don't get mad if you don't win. Not everyone can win so it's better for yourself if you don't go and cuss out the staff member that's running that contest just because you didn't win.
2) The contests are divided between difficulty. If you don't think you can do a really hard contest, don't do it. Chance are you're gonna make a fool of yourself and your not gonna do as well as others. So stick to what your comfortable with.
3) None of the contests really needs signing up for. If one requires you to sign up, then there will be a sub-thread for you to do it in.
Nomination Rules
1) People who win nominations are rewarded with a 225x100 graphic of that contest. These are also different contests then the ones above. For these you will actually get a graphic proving you won. That you will get to keep.
2) There are 10 categories listed below:
